We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to join our fully remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided — no prior experience required.
Roles: Research, write, edit and proofread technical content. Create and update manuals, procedures and specifications. Prepare installation instructions and training material. Help set style guidelines and standards for text and illustrations. Review and revise documents prepared by others. Compile and organize online help files for end-users. Offer writing, editing and design support to team members.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Skills/background needed: No experience necessary — full training provided. A willingness to learn, good written communication, and basic comfort with tools like Google Docs or Microsoft Word. Attention to detail helps, but we will teach you the rest.
