We are looking for a beginner-friendly Grant Writer to help with an annual giving campaign. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided. No prior grant writing experience is needed.
Roles:
• Write grant applications to foundations and government funding agencies using clear, compelling language.
• Help plan and carry out the annual giving campaign alongside the wider team.
• Keep campaign tracking records up to date and help create an annual impact report.
• Research potential funders and review giving trends to support outreach.
• Support donor relations and stewardship activities.
• Help produce a donor newsletter, including content creation and working with copy editors.
• Assist with other team activities and events as needed.
Skills/background needed:
• No experience required – full training provided.
• Comfortable writing clear, polished text.
• Able to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Good at working with others and listening to different ideas.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Basic familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar tools is helpful but not essential.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
