Roles: Write and edit guides, implementation documentation and plain-language materials for a range of readers. Work with teams to gather information, build simple templates and keep content consistent and accessible.
Skills/background needed: Good written English and a willingness to learn. Comfort with Google Docs and Microsoft Word is helpful. Full training is provided, and beginner applicants are welcome.
