We are building documentation teams and looking for beginner-friendly Technical Authors to help create clear, useful software documentation. Full training is provided, and no prior professional experience is required.
Roles: Create, maintain, and improve software documentation; work with engineering team members to support their documentation contributions; gather feedback from user communities; help keep structure, style, and language consistent across products; collaborate with other writers to share best practices.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, with opportunities to grow into more senior documentation work over time.
Skills/background needed: Strong written communication and attention to detail; curiosity about software and how it works; comfort learning new tools; basic familiarity with computers and online collaboration. A degree or equivalent experience is welcome but not essential. Full training provided.
