Role: Entry Level Medical Writing Assistant
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Medical Writing Assistant to join a supportive remote team. This is a great entry point into medical and regulatory writing, with full training provided and no prior experience required.
What you will do:
Help prepare clear, accurate medical and regulatory documents. Support senior writers with drafting and reviewing content. Keep projects on track by meeting deadlines and following briefs. Learn document quality processes and best practice as you go. Share ideas and contribute to a friendly, knowledge-sharing team.
Who we are looking for:
No prior experience necessary. Good written communication and attention to detail. Willingness to learn scientific and technical content. Ability to manage a few tasks at once and meet deadlines. A proactive, collaborative attitude.
