Roles: We are looking for English speakers to help train and improve modern AI systems. This is a fully remote, flexible writing role with no prior experience required and full training provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

What you’ll do:
Write clear, natural prompts and responses that reflect how people really use AI.
Review, compare and rank AI-generated answers for usefulness, clarity and reasoning quality.
Explain your decisions in simple, structured writing.
Follow written guidelines carefully and notice small differences between responses.
Skills/background needed:
Comfortable writing in English and explaining your thinking clearly.
Good attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
Curiosity about AI and a desire to learn.
A background in writing, editing, literature or similar areas is helpful but not required.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
