We are looking for beginner-friendly creative writers to help improve modern AI systems. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided, and you can work from home on a flexible schedule.
What you will do:
Write natural, high-quality sample text that reflects how real people actually write and communicate. Read and compare responses produced by AI, then rank them for usefulness, clarity, and reasoning quality. Share clear written feedback explaining why one response works better than another.
Skills/background needed:
A good eye for detail and the ability to judge written answers fairly. Clear, structured writing so you can explain your decisions. Careful, consistent work and a willingness to follow simple guidelines. An interest in writing, reading, or creative subjects is helpful but not required.
Work format: Fully remote and flexible. Work from anywhere, part time or full time, with full training provided and opportunities for growth.
