You will work from home and collaborate with technical teams to turn complex information into easy-to-follow documentation. You will help write and update user guides and training materials, making sure everything is clear and accessible. Familiarity with a CRM system or marketing platform is helpful but not essential, as we will support you through onboarding and the programme.
