Roles: We are looking for an Entry Level Product Content Writer to help turn product features into clear, friendly content. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What you will do:
Write and update help centre articles and feature release updates. Work with product and design teams to understand new features and explain them simply. Help review short in-product copy so it is easy to follow. Draft video scripts that walk users through the product. Contribute to content that supports AI features. Keep content projects on track from idea to delivery.
Skills/background needed:
Good writing skills and attention to detail. Curiosity about new technology and a willingness to learn. Comfort working with different teams. Organised approach and ability to manage a few projects at once. Familiarity with a content management system or design tools is a plus, but not required. Full training is provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
