Roles: Junior Feature Writer
We’re looking for someone with a natural flair for writing to produce thoughtful features, interviews and observational pieces for our readers. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is required.
What you’ll do:
Write clear, engaging stories that readers look forward to. Come up with original story ideas across culture, food, local politics and more. Build contacts and chase stories with curiosity and persistence. Explain complex issues simply and fairly for readers. Help grow our community through social media and member engagement.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing with clarity and care. A curious, energetic approach to research and interviews. Ability to work independently and stay organised. A willingness to learn and grow quickly. Commitment to accuracy, fairness and context.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, flexible remote schedule.
