Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. We are looking for someone with strong written communication skills, clear structured thinking, curiosity about technology and how products work, and an interest in learning. A degree in Law, English, Humanities, or a related subject is helpful but not essential.
As an entry level Product Documentation Writer, you will help turn complex product workflows into clear, structured documentation. You will create how-to guides and best-practice playbooks, write release notes and product update communications, build demo scripts and walkthroughs, and bring consistency to product knowledge through templates and standards. You will work from home alongside product and engineering teams to stay aligned with real user needs.
This is a fully remote role with a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth. If you are a beginner who enjoys writing and learning new technology, this is a great place to start.
