This fully remote trainee role gives you a complete introduction to bid writing, with full training provided and no prior experience required. You will work from home and learn on the job while building real skills.
Roles: Support the development of bids for new contracts and projects. Learn the bid process from start to finish, sit in on meetings, and see what strong bids look like. Build skills in research, information gathering, bid writing, CV development, case studies, and bid libraries. Learn how to turn technical information into clear, customer-focused writing.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with remote working and flexible arrangements.
Skills/background needed: A degree in English, History, Creative Writing, or a related subject, or an expected graduation this year. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn. A collaborative approach and a drive to make a difference. No prior experience necessary – full training is provided.
