We’re hiring customer service writers to work from home. In this role, you’ll talk with customers about their vehicle service needs, help explain what work is recommended, and make sure every customer has a positive experience.
Roles: Speak with customers, suggest services, and support a friendly, energetic team while keeping all work safe and efficient.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time and part-time options available.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required, and full training is provided. Strong communication and selling skills are helpful, along with an outgoing personality. A valid driver’s license is required. Previous automotive experience is a bonus but not necessary.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
