Roles: We are looking for an entry-level Design Technical Writer to join our remote team. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is needed.
What you will do:
Write and edit clear how-to guides, step-by-step instructions, and explanatory articles for an internal knowledge base. You will work with subject-matter experts to gather information, organize it for different audiences, and keep documentation consistent and easy to follow. You will also help create simple testing steps that others can use to check the accuracy of the documentation.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required. Basic writing and communication skills, comfort using a computer, and a willingness to learn new tools are all you need. Training is provided on web writing, documentation standards, and the tools we use every day.
