Roles: We are looking for a Junior Medical Writer to join our remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, ideal for someone with a scientific background who wants to build a career in medical writing. No prior professional writing experience is required.
What you will do:
Draft and revise clinical documents using provided templates and guidelines. Review drafts and incorporate feedback from team members. Perform literature searches to gather background information. Check documents for data consistency, quality, and correct structure before sharing with the team. Support project tracking, attend team meetings, and help keep documents moving toward approval. Learn to follow standard processes and style guidelines as you go.
Skills/background needed:
A bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a health-related field. Good written and verbal communication in English, with attention to grammar and detail. Basic comfort with Microsoft Word and Excel, and willingness to learn new systems. A flexible, organized attitude and the ability to manage several tasks at once. Teamwork and cross-cultural sensitivity matter more than years of experience.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
