We are looking for a beginner-friendly writer to create clear, practical help-centre articles. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior professional writing experience is needed.
What you will do
Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. Interview people and turn what you learn into clear articles. Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
What we are looking for
Curiosity about how things work. Strong editing habits. A portfolio of clear, practical writing — beginner samples are welcome. Basic SEO knowledge is a bonus but not required, and training is provided.
Working arrangement
Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. Work from home, fully remote, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.
