We are looking for beginner-friendly writers to help train AI chatbots by having conversations in both Mandarin and English. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required.
Roles: Hold conversations in Mandarin and English with chatbots, write original conversations to teach them what to say, compare how different AI models perform, and research and fact-check responses for accuracy.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, project-based work with the freedom to choose when and how much you work.
Skills/background needed: Fluency in Mandarin and English, a bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), strong writing and grammar skills, and good research and fact-checking habits. Full training is provided, so a beginner mindset is welcome.
Work format: Work from home on your own computer, on a schedule you set yourself. Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.
