Role summary
We are looking for a friendly Service Writer to join our fully remote team. In this entry-level role, you will help customers with their service needs and make sure every interaction leaves a great first and last impression. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
What you’ll do
Greet customers and help them understand available services. Prepare service orders and keep records up to date. Coordinate with technicians so work is completed smoothly. Answer questions and follow up to ensure customers are satisfied. Use a computer and team chat app for daily tasks.
