In this work-from-home role, you will help customers understand recommended repairs, prepare estimates, and keep repair orders moving smoothly. You will coordinate with technicians, track parts orders, and make sure invoices are accurate and payments are collected. Full training is provided, so you do not need previous automotive experience to succeed.
