Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-level Sportsbook Ticket Writers to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will be the welcoming face of our customer service operation, helping both regular and first-time customers feel comfortable and informed.
What you’ll do:
• Provide a high level of customer service that keeps customers coming back
• Learn our full menu of betting options and answer customer questions clearly
• Help customers make informed, responsible decisions
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to a supervisor when needed
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training is provided. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are all you need to get started.
