We are looking for a friendly Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through their repair journey from the comfort of home. This fully remote, entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to learn on the job.
Roles:
Explain repair details to customers in clear, simple language. Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle. Answer questions and make sure each customer feels supported before they leave. Work closely with the wider team to keep everything running smoothly.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required – full training is provided. A friendly, patient manner and good communication skills are the most important things. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Comfort using a computer and basic tools like Google Docs and email is a plus.
