Role summary
This is a beginner-friendly service writing role focused on helping customers with their vehicle care needs. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will work from home and support customers through scheduling, service questions, and general maintenance guidance.
What you’ll do
Welcome customers and make a great first and last impression. Help arrange oil changes, tire services, and general maintenance. Learn to use the equipment and tools needed for the role. Keep a positive, helpful attitude while supporting customers remotely.
