What you will do:
Write and update manuals, setup guides, and support content that help non-technical readers understand technical products. Work with engineers and developers to gather information. Follow style guidelines, organize documents using a content management system or version-control tool, and keep content current as products change.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. Full training is provided. You should be comfortable writing clearly in plain language, willing to learn new tools, and able to work independently from home. Basic familiarity with word processing or document tools is a plus but not required.
