We are looking for a beginner-friendly writer to help create clear, accurate documentation for developers. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will work from home and learn on the job alongside a supportive team.
What you will do:
• Write and update reference pages, guides, and tutorials for developers.
• Document features, settings, and error messages in plain language.
• Keep documentation current as products change.
• Work with developers and product staff to check accuracy.
• Review and edit content for consistency and clarity.
Skills/background needed:
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and explain them simply.
• Comfort using a computer and basic online tools.
• A curious, careful attitude – training covers the rest.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from anywhere with an internet connection.
