Roles: Entry-level technical writing and content support
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to help create and maintain clear, easy-to-understand product articles, tutorial videos, and interface text. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What you will do:
• Write and update help articles and tutorials that explain product features
• Draft short, plain text for product screens and menus
• Gather information from team members to keep documentation accurate
• Review content for clarity, consistency, and correct grammar
• Keep track of product changes and update notes as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable writing in clear English
• Basic experience with Google Docs or Microsoft Word
• Good spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Able to break down technical ideas into simple language
• Self-motivated and organized
• A degree is helpful but not required
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
