Role: We are looking for a friendly Service Writer to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role where you will help customers and technicians stay connected.
What you will do:
• Listen to customer concerns and write clear descriptions for technicians
• Prepare estimates for parts, supplies, and labor
• Get customer approval on estimates and return times
• Keep track of parts and units so technicians are ready
• Coordinate schedules for setups and accessory builds
• Stay current on manufacturer bulletins and recall notices
• Provide honest, helpful service in every interaction
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training. Basic computer skills, good communication, and a problem-solving mindset are helpful. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
