Roles: Auto Care Service Writer
We are looking for friendly, organized people who enjoy helping customers. In this work-from-home role, you will support customers with their vehicle service needs from the comfort of your own space. No prior experience is needed, and full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
Greet customers and make a great first and last impression. Help customers understand available services and answer basic questions. Write up service details and keep records organized. Learn to use simple software and team tools. Support general maintenance questions and direct customers where needed.
Skills/background needed:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic computer comfort is helpful. A valid driver’s license. Good communication skills. No previous service writing experience required – we train you from day one.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time and part-time options available.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
