We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Writer to create and maintain clear user guides, manuals, and troubleshooting documents for our products. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles:
• Write and update user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting documents.
• Work with engineers and product teams to understand how products work.
• Turn technical information into simple, easy-to-read content.
• Add screenshots and diagrams to support written instructions.
• Keep existing documentation accurate and up to date.
• Help review and edit documents written by other team members.
Skills/background needed:
• A willingness to learn technical writing and documentation basics.
• Comfort using Google Docs and Microsoft Word; familiarity with a CMS is a plus but not required.
• Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to explain technical ideas in plain language.
• Full training is provided, so a strong work ethic matters more than experience.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
