We are looking for a remote Entry Level Technical Writer to help create clear, helpful onboarding content for new users. In this role, you will work from home and support the customer journey by making complex information easy to understand. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
What You Will Do:
- Help write and organize onboarding materials that guide users step by step.
- Work with product and support teams to keep content accurate and up to date.
- Create simple flows that highlight best practices and clear next steps.
- Use feedback to improve content and reduce confusion for new users.
