Roles: Client Service Manager – Healthcare Support

Contract length: Full time, remote
We are looking for a friendly, organized person to support clients and team members in a remote healthcare support role. This is a beginner-friendly position with full training provided. No prior experience is necessary.
What you will do:
• Help recruit, interview, and train new team members
• Support staff with constructive performance conversations
• Make sure team members are trained and ready for their work
• Help with basic employee relations tasks
• Review performance metrics with the operations lead
Skills/background needed:
• Friendly interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus, not required)
• No prior experience needed – full training is provided
