Roles: As an entry-level Client Services Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for business customers and help them through every step of their order. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Build friendly, long-term relationships with customer accounts and respond to their questions
• Learn our products and services so you can recommend helpful solutions
• Track customer inquiries through the order lifecycle, including order entry, status updates, and delivery coordination
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver timely solutions
• Keep accurate customer records in a CRM system
• Bring a solutions-focused mindset to daily work and process improvements
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic comfort with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn a CRM system
Contract length: Full-time, with part-time options available
