We are looking for a friendly, organised person to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Support Agent. This is a fully remote role and no prior experience is needed — full training is provided.
Roles: Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, process orders, share order status updates, resolve issues by connecting people with the right team, track shipments, and keep clear records for each order. You will also help with quotes and support other team members when needed.
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma, and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, be resourceful, detail-focused, and able to handle several tasks at once. Full training on products and systems is provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
