Roles: Junior Customer Service Representative
We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our remote customer service team. No prior experience is needed – full training is provided, and you can start right away. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from home.
What you’ll do:
Assist customers with questions, purchases, returns, and exchanges. Support register opening and closing procedures. Help keep product information and promotions up to date. Work with team members to create a positive experience for every customer.
Skills/background needed:
A friendly, customer-focused attitude. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. The ability to work well with others. No degree or previous experience required.
