Customer Service Representative – Part Time, Work From Home
We are looking for friendly, beginner-level people to join our customer service team. This is a fully remote, part-time role and no prior experience is needed – full training is provided.
Roles: Help customers with questions and requests by chat and online, guide them through purchases, returns, and exchanges, and keep clear, helpful records of each conversation. You will also share product information and suggest suitable options when customers ask.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed: A friendly, customer-focused attitude, a willingness to learn new systems, and good communication skills. No degree and no prior experience required – we provide full training and support.
