Assist with identifying the right contract for new customer relationships, research and resolve payment issues, and keep internal pages updated with current information. Provide basic product support, including software features and live demonstrations.

Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required – full training provided. Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, resolve simple exceptions, and communicate clearly in writing and by phone. A customer service mindset helps.
