A property maintenance team is looking for a Groundskeeper to help keep shared outdoor spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Roles: Inspect common areas and amenities throughout the day and remove litter and debris; clear trash and leftover items from vacant units; handle minor routine service requests and support unit turnaround work; change locks and check pool area gates; distribute notices to residents; report hazards to supervisors; answer resident questions and respond to maintenance complaints with care.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Long-term, with flexible scheduling.
Skills/background needed: No experience required; full training provided. A valid driver’s license is required. Comfort with standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with help. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and to take occasional evening or weekend calls.
