Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-level Customer Service Chat Associates to help customers online. This is a fully remote, part-time role with full training provided and no prior experience required.
What you’ll do:
Welcome customers through chat and answer their questions in a friendly, professional way. Help customers find products and services, guide them through their shopping or checkout, and process orders accurately. Keep track of supplies and organize information so customers get what they need on time. Complete other helpful duties as assigned.
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary. Basic comfort using a computer and common apps is helpful. You should be able to read, write, and do simple math, and communicate clearly in writing. A reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home are a plus.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part-time, with full training provided and opportunities for growth.
