We are looking for a friendly Maintenance Technician to help keep homes and shared spaces in great shape. This is an entry-level, fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required. You will work from home and support residents by handling repair requests with care and professionalism.
Roles:
• Respond to repair requests in a timely manner and keep clear records of completed work.
• Inspect vacant units and report findings to the team.
• Help prepare homes for new residents by checking plumbing, electrical systems, doors, windows, flooring, and appliances.
• Install simple fixtures such as blinds, locks, and light switches.
• Handle general upkeep like caulking and basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Keep parts and tools organized and order supplies when needed.
• Report safety concerns and help ensure shared areas stay clean and safe.
• Communicate with residents and co-workers in a respectful, professional way.
Skills/background needed:
• No experience necessary — full training is provided.
• A willingness to learn basic maintenance and repair tasks.
