Willingness to learn shipping, receiving, and inventory processes with full training provided.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
You will help keep parts moving smoothly by identifying and ordering the right parts, receiving and organizing stock, and flagging shortages or discrepancies. You will work with technicians and team leads through team chat app and video calls to solve problems and keep customers happy.
Day to day, you will package parts for shipment, check incoming deliveries, count and label inventory, and update records in shared systems. You will also learn to read basic reports and follow safety guidelines. A positive attitude and curiosity go a long way here.
This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling, including some evenings, overnights, and weekends based on business need. Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.
