Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, beginner-welcome Live Chat Support Representative to help customers online. This fully remote role is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people and wants to build customer service skills with full training provided.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers through online chat, answer questions about products and services, and help with basic checkout and order requests. Keep written records organized and accurate, and keep the customer experience warm, helpful, and welcoming.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required and no degree needed. A friendly, patient communicator who enjoys helping people. Basic computer comfort and attention to detail. An interest in creative hobbies is a nice bonus but not required. Full training provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing, with potential to move into a permanent role.
