Welcome customers and listen to their needs, walk them through options and samples, and share clear advice on products and installation. Use simple design tools to create tailored solutions for homeowners and professionals alike. Keep the virtual showroom tidy and up to date, follow up on project progress, answer questions, and guide customers every step of the way.
