In this role, you will support passengers through their journey by handling check-in tasks such as reviewing identification, issuing boarding passes, and tagging luggage. You will also help with boarding and arrival support, sharing flight information and making sure passengers have what they need. Part of the work involves assisting passengers who use wheelchairs, so comfort with a role that includes standing and walking is helpful.
We provide full training and a supportive team environment where beginners are welcome. You will need to complete the onboarding process and be available for assigned shifts based on flight schedules. A great attitude and a willingness to treat customers and teammates with courtesy are the most important things you can bring.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity with flexible scheduling. If you are organized, dependable, and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
