Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. A strong focus on safety and good organizational skills are helpful. You should be comfortable learning to use equipment and working in a team. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

In this entry-level remote role, you will learn to support the loading and unloading of equipment, help keep equipment clean and ready to use, and assist team members with day-to-day coordination. You will follow the onboarding process to build your skills step by step, with full training and room to grow.
