We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Chat Support Representatives. This is a fully remote, entry-level role and no prior experience is needed — full training is provided.
You will help customers by answering questions through online chat, guiding them to the right information, and making sure they feel supported. You will use a team chat app and basic computer tools to keep track of conversations and follow up where needed.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions through live chat in a clear, friendly way. Track conversations and keep records up to date. Pass complex issues to the right team member. Follow simple steps to solve common problems. Work with your team to keep response times quick and accurate.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required — we provide full training. Comfortable using a computer and the internet. Good written communication skills. Friendly and patient attitude. Able to follow instructions and work with a team. A quiet space and reliable internet for remote work.
