We are looking for a friendly, beginner-level Chat Support Representative to help customers with their questions and needs. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided. This is a fully remote role you can do from home.
In this role, you will respond to customer questions through online chat, understand what each customer needs, and suggest helpful solutions. You will keep simple records of each conversation, follow up on customer questions and reminders, and check that information is accurate and up to date. You may also handle basic tasks like keeping shared records organised and tidy.
We welcome people from any customer-facing background, such as retail, food service, or other service work. What matters most is a positive attitude, clear written communication, and a willingness to learn. You should feel comfortable working on your own and staying organised while working from home.
