Roles: We are looking for an Entry Level End-User Computing Engineer to support and maintain desktop, endpoint, and virtual desktop technologies in a fully remote team. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided — no prior experience required.

Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary — we provide full training. A willingness to learn, basic computer comfort, and good communication skills are all you need to get started. You will monitor and maintain endpoint services, help troubleshoot desktop and mobile device issues, support security updates, and keep clear technical notes. You will work closely with support and security teams, and grow into automation and system improvement tasks over time.
