Roles: We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Customer Service Chat Representatives. This is a fully remote, entry-level role where you will help customers through online chat. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful support through live chat.
• Guide customers to the right information and resolve common issues.
• Keep accurate notes of each chat conversation.
• Work with your team to keep responses clear, friendly, and timely.
• Follow simple chat procedures and escalate when needed.
Skills/background needed:
• A friendly attitude and clear written communication.
• Basic comfort using a computer and typing.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• No degree or prior experience necessary — full training provided.
