We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our remote customer service team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a customer service team member, you will help customers by chat and email, making sure everyone has a great experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answering questions about services, events, and policies.
• Helping customers with requests and resolving issues.
• Supporting team members to create a positive experience for everyone.
