We are looking for friendly, dependable people to join our remote team as Virtual Chat Support Representatives. This is an entry-level role: no prior experience is needed, and full training is provided.
In this work-from-home role, you will help customers through online chat — answering common questions, resolving simple issues, and connecting people with the right information. You will also keep clear notes on each conversation and follow easy step-by-step guides. All work is done from a computer, with no phone calling required.
