We are looking for a friendly team member to support customers through live chat and help them get quick, helpful answers. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required.
Roles: Respond to customer questions in a live chat environment, help customers find what they need, and keep conversations friendly and accurate. You will also support basic order and product questions and keep records of your chats organised.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Skills/background needed: A friendly attitude, basic computer comfort, and clear written communication. No degree or prior experience necessary.
